Q. What are the fees for buying and selling?
Our charges for buyers or sellers are 3% of the transaction price plus 60,000 yen plus 10% consumption tax (as of 2020). This is the standard real estate agents fee.
Q. What should a buyer budget for?
Budget for about 8-10% of the purchase price for fees and other charges involved in buying. This covers real estate commissions, Torokumenkyozei (tax) and registration. This doesn’t include any furniture moving and utility connection charges.
Q. What are the fees for renters or landlords?
Our charge for renters or landlords is one month’s rent plus consumption tax. These are standard real estate agents fees.
Q. What areas do you cover?
For residential transactions we cover the area from Kobe to Nishinomiya , including Sannomiya, Kitano-cho, Rokko, Okamoto and Ashiya. For other services we cover a wider area.

Q. What are business hours?
We open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00. For those people who are busy during week we also work on Sundays on client’s request. So please do not hesitate to let us know your convenient schedule.
